Fr. Pete St. George

Pastor

Fr. Pete was ordained in 1995 and served as a Chaplain in the United States Navy celebrating Mass everywhere from Krakow, Poland to Okinawa to onboard ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean to the outback of Australia. He was Pastor at St. Ignatius for twelve years and was assigned as Pastor at St. John the Baptist, Dry Ridge in 2018. Fr. Pete is currently the Pastor of our Parish Family that includes St. John the Baptist, St. John Neumann, and Corpus Christi.

Fr. Mark Burger

Parochial Vicar

Fr. Mark grew up in North College Hill. He went to St. Margaret Mary Parish, graduated from there and then went on to graduate from Roger Bacon. He is very happy being a priest and has been serving as a parish priest for 42 years – 11 years as a parochial vicar and 31 years as a pastor. He has been a pastor at four different parishes – Holy Family, Price Hill, St. Michael, Lower Price Hill, St. John the Evangelist, West Chester and Our Lady of the Visitation in Mack, Ohio.

Fr. Mark loves being with people and learning from them. He went on a sabbatical in 1996 that radically changed his life. During that time, he spent four months living as a hermit in the desert in Israel. It was there that he learned to pray in a whole new and deeper way. Fr. Mark believes that God led him to the desert to learn how to hear His voice and to be given a special calling to help other people to pray more deeply and to hear God’s voice as well. He also learned that you don’t have to go all the way to Israel and the desert to find God. He is very near to each of us.

Pastoral Associate, Administration, Music & Liturgy

When you attend a Mass or Prayer Service, Bill is the person at the piano or organ.  Bill's musical experience first brought him to work at Corpus Christi in 1985, and then back again in 2009 after living out of state for several years.  He is very grateful for our many talented music ministers who help to lead and inspire our Assembly.  Bill also works hard overseeing the Administration of the Parish, in the role of Business Manager.  He counts, among his many blessings, his wife Jackie and their three adult children.

Tyler Castrucci

Family Faith Formation Pastoral Associate

Tyler Castrucci is our Family Faith Formation Pastoral Associate. He has been serving in a similar role at St. John the Baptist Church since January 2021 began serving serving our entire parish family in July of 2022. You might be asking yourself, “what is a Family Faith Formation Pastoral Associate?” Good question! More than anything else, it simply means that he is here to serve you. Whether it be through the Family Faith program for children grades K-6, the RCIA program for adults entering the Catholic Church, the St. John the Baptist Bible Study, baptism formation class, or a simple off-the-cuff conversation after Mass, his hope is that he can play some small role in leading more people to have a relationship with Jesus and a deeper understanding of His Church.
